Following a career in Finance, Shannon began delivering strong sales and professional representation to the insurance industry in 2006 by taking on a position in sales management for one of the most prominent forensic engineering firms in Canada. From there her strength in identifying and fostering relationships with both the defense and plaintiff sides of the legal community led her to a senior management position with the largest security and private investigation firm in Canada.

As well as marketing and client relationship management, Shannon’s background includes concept development, corporate identity programs, trade advertising, marketing collateral, direct mail campaigns, exhibit graphics, web branding and site design.
